Heavy focus on…

As more and more project mngmt. methods come up – all shiny with huge certification proceedings to make sure only true evangelists will proclaim the only right way of ITPM – the coincidentally meetings of members of different PM religions result almost immediately in weird discussions about the one and only truth in PM.
Problem is that every method training, each ITPM certificate manifests the mental glue of a project manager to a particular ITPM method. Should we stop that. Definitly not.

But keep in mind that today there is no project management method that fulfills perfectly the needs of all existing projects.
So one of the most important skills of an experienced project manager is not only to oversee the different methods and their pros and cons but also to oversee the huge combined-out-of-all-methods-toolbox and use any kind of tool wherever it comes from to tailor a project management exactly to the project particular needs. As much as necessary as little as possible.
PM grandmastership is a project management that is almost not noticable and that has a solid position in the background leaving wide space for the team and the scope in the frontline. Using tools that are easy to understand and easy to handle.
Service oriented project management.

Here we go…

Here we are – we start with our new web site and hopefully it will become something useful that helps our  current and future clients to find some new information about project management, IT service design and IT in general. Then in addition more about us and the way we work and what we are doing to remain successful in the future of ITPM/ITSM.
Hopefully no so much of the boring dry and heavy stuff but more of the short stories and interesting news we think that are worth the time needed to read them.

It is no turnkey site. We will add new services if there is enough time, space and information to write about so it will be hopefully a living and growing site and we hope to master that project as good as usual.

If you like it – recommend it to your friends. If not – well, then we apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to come again later. And cancel the recommendation until then. Anyway – we’re looking forward to see you again.
